Aqualube 0.5% Eye Drops is known as artificial tears. It is used in the treatment of dry eyes (an eye condition that occurs when the eyes do not produce enough tears or when the tears evaporate too quickly). This medicine provides relief from symptoms such as burning, itching, irritation, or discomfort in your eyes. Aqualube 0.5% Eye Drops may cause side effects such as eye pain, irritation, and vision disturbances. These symptoms usually subside on their own. However, consult your doctor if these symptoms stay for a long time or if they become severe. Avoid driving or operating machines if you experience these symptoms. Aqualube 0.5% Eye Drops can be used when needed or as prescribed by your doctor. Consult your doctor if you use contact lenses. Inform your doctor if you develop an eye infection while using this medicine. Aqualube 0.5% Eye Drops is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you are using any other eye drops to avoid undesired effects. Aqualube 0.5% Eye Drops is safe for use in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Ingredients:

Carboxy Methyl Cellulose Sodium (Carmellose Sodium) B.P. 0.5% w/v, Stabilised Oxychloro Complex 0.005%w/v (As Preservative), Water for Injection B.P. q.s.

Directions:

• Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as directed.

Safety Warnings:

• If irritation persists or increases discontinue the use and consult the physician.
• To avoid contamination do not touch the tip of container to any surface.
• Do not use after the expiry date.
• Use within 28 days after first opening.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients of this product.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
